The initial three-year officer terms end December 31, 2029.

Under SWMPA’s Leadership Succession Policy, the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President of Membership, and Vice President of Public Relations serve initial terms from January 2027 through December 2029. New leaders begin in January 2030.

Complete transfer of records, contacts, calendars, and responsibilities to incoming leaders. The Board will establish staggered rotations after this initial transition.
